This painting was born after hearing the music of Bastille’s lyrics to a beautiful song,”Torn Apart”.
We were born to be together…..torn apart, torn apart….” The acoustics were haunting and I promptly ripped my canvas into pieces, rearranging the sections at will. I like it better this way.
