“On the Tilt” is a portrait of a typical Rockport, TX, workboat.   This boat has clearly made many trips out into the Gulf, yet it stands the test of time.   As it lists to one side in the harsh late afternoon sunlight, it is a testament to those whose way of life has relied on the bounty of the waters to provide their livelihoods.
