When I saw the words, “work with a limited palette of four colors”, I though, not me. I could never do that. Normally, when I am painting, I have 73 tubes of paint [all different colors] by my side. I love color. Even through the pottery is black and white, I would usually use more than two colors to paint this subject. And when I paint chili peppers I would use at least three shades of red/orange paint. So these peppers were a challenge using cadmium red only. I was very skeptical about what the results would be but I was pleased with the finished product. Lesson learned.

Colors Used: Titanium White, Ivory Black, Burnt Sienna, Cadmium Red
