Another great outdoor adventure is taking a trip to the Texas Hill Country in April. I have had many memorable adventures exploring these Region of Texas over the years. There have been a couple times where the wildlflowers were extremely prolific and created a parade along both sides of the road. I love how nature has a way of creating such beauty. Bluebonnets, Indian Paintbrushes, blooming Yuccas, Prickly Pear Cactus, Prickly Poppies, combine in with the rocks, and a gnarly old live oak tree or two make an interesting composition. The Hill Country region is indeed serene, but very rugged.
