A Texas Hill Country view with lots of turns and twist in the road describes going around the bend. Each turn, twist, rise, and drop provides the viewer new scenery and discoveries. This view is off of State Highway 337, between Vanderpool and Leakey, Texas. The actual highway is paved; however the painting features a gravel road, which was more common back in the day. You will also notice a couple of farm to market roads down in the valley, and there is a couple of barns, off in the distance. Enjoy this scenic excursion.
