I have been painting for over 20 years now. I have had a lot of training from well-known artists in Dallas, the Southwest, New York and Cape Cod. I have also participated in many painting trips to Venice, Tuscany, Paris, Provence, Southern Spain and Israel. I have painted in the lavender fields of Provence and by Monet’s water lily pond.

I think of my paintings as a memory palace. They capture my memories of happy times and the beauty all around me. My collectors tell me the same thing- my paintings remind them of places they have been or important people in their lives, especially mothers and grandmothers. I especially like to paint flowers and landscapes with flowers. I use thick paint and colors that glow.
