E-mail Newsletter Lists
For our artists, we have combined and sorted our mailing lists again. If you have previously been in a show, but you are not a Gallery Artist you will be on our “Show List”. You will receive e-mails about our upcoming shows that you may have the opportunity to enter. This also includes Artists that don’t have work showcased at the Gallery.
Gallery Artists will be on a Dutch Art Gallery Artist List. You will receive specific news related to Gallery operations and information that is meant for you to be aware of.
Subscribe To Our Mailing List. The widget on the right column of our homepage is for our patrons and those who are interested in receiving general information about our events, featured artists, sales, custom framing news and inventory to view. Our Gallery associates have been encouraged to do a double opt-in option. What does that mean? Well, if a customer wants to receive our news they may enter their e-mail address there on the homepage. However, they have to agree to receive e-mail from the Dutch Art Gallery by clicking on the auto respond confirmation e-mail that is generated and sent to that e-mail address account. So the e-mail account user must choose to agree to receive e-mail from the Dutch Art Gallery. If you don’t, you will not receive e-mail from our Gallery.
Do you sell or share e-mail lists? Under no circumstance, our patrons or artists e-mail addresses are sold or are given away to third parties. Our e-mail database is exclusive to the Dutch Art Gallery.
What if you are an artist and you don’t want to receive e-news from us about art calls to shows? At the very bottom of every e-mail is an unsubscribe link. Click the link and be sure to click the list you do not want to receive news from. However, if you are a Gallery Artist we recommend to stay listed under the Dutch Art Gallery Artists List. Do not unsubscribe from all lists, because your e-mail will be removed from all the lists.
What if you are a customer and you don’t want to receive anymore news from Dutch Art Gallery? You can easily unsubscribe at the very bottom of any e-mail that you have received. The prompting will lead your e-mail address to be removed instantly. Please be kind in why you are leaving our database list. If you are no longer interested, then choose you are no longer interested. We try to send out e-mails to our customer database at least once a week. That doesn’t really qualify as SPAM.
***Gallery Artists may receive multiple e-mails throughout the week, but that’s mentioned in your agreement with us.
What is Mailchimp? More than 6 million people use MailChimp to create, send, and track email newsletters. It is who we are happy to use and who has been an advocate against SPAM.
