The Next Peak Exhibition and Reception
Dallas, Texas – Attendees came promptly at 3pm to see the work by award-winning artist, David Leister. He traveled 1,084 miles from his Arizona home to Dallas to feature a variety of landscape original oils. We had the pleasure of not only viewing his work, but to hear him share his approach. He feels compelled to paint something that speaks to him. He often travels and makes lots of stops, taking numerous photos that causes him to consider it to be his next work. Many of the works feature memorable landmarks, almost 3D looking depths of canyons to seashore scenes.
Mr. Leister’s work was showcased in a variety of hardwood frames including hand-tooled leather made in Peru by the House of Mercier. If you missed the reception, David Leister’s work will be available to view and purchase until the end of October.
This week we will share the remaining items on the website for viewing as well as for purchase. We did sell several paintings at the reception so those works will not be available for viewing online.
