Don’t Touch My Eggs by Laurieann Dygowski

Original Acrylic on Scratchboard Panel
9×12 Unframed

Raising ducks and geese in Rowlett, I see many different poses of our animals, and one that always fascinates me is the dangerous stance a mother goose or duck with take to protect their unhatched eggs. A goose will hiss, and look threatening, and if that is not enough, will try and bite you with that strong beak, and bat you with her large wings. Believe me, it really can hurt!
