Sriracha is a red, hot chili sauce and this Sriracha is about as red and hot as they get. The big guy didn’t really appreciate the camera in his face, but he managed to bend his long horns around enough to strike a pose. An interesting little fact is that the longhorn breed doesn’t look down on the females—they have long horns too.
